The material-properties of GRC depend on the production-method. For the fabrication of different products Fydro uses different production-methods. These are e.g. the conventional hand-spray-up technique, the semi-automated robot-spray-technique, the premixcast- technique, the cast-technique with self-condensing-concrete (SCC) and the patented automated continuous-process-technique.

The self-developed continuous-process is also used for the DinamiC CCC standard façade-cladding elements. With this process it is possible to combine the patented matrix with a special reinforcement- composition. Herewith a mixture of fibres is applied consisting of cutted fi bres, continuous endless “rovings” and fibre-webs. This so referred to as “cocktail-technology” is especially developed for the DinamiC CCC products.
